ABOUT NTIF

We provide a forum where language industry representatives from the Nordic countries are given access to a platform for exchanging ideas and knowledge in an engaging and inclusive environment. We aim to maintain a regional focus with our themes and speakers as well as our forum venues.

The idea with the Nordic Translation Industry Forum is to gather language services companies from the region who are interested in topics about industry trends and regional matters, as well as technology.

The languages in the countries of the region are not spoken by many and are expensive to translate – and it’s in all our interests to preserve local languages and avoid turning into an English-speaking target region only. We believe that by meeting and sharing experiences we can work together to strengthen the industry.
