24/7: Are you ready for digital employees? (Finding and keeping talent)

Always available, always responsive, never cranky: these are the hallmarks of the digital employee. We will share our story of “hiring” and working with smart multilingual virtual assistants. We developed our very first agent, Laura, to help us direct participants to restaurants, taxis, and entertainment for an international conference we hosted way back in 2012 already.
