Registration is now open!
The fee includes a two-day full conference as well as a faboulus networking cocktail on 23 November, coffee breaks, lunch and a gala dinner with dancing on 24 November.

Conference fees:
Early bird until 31 August 2025: 775 EUR +25.5% local VAT
Regular price from 1 September to 9 November 2025: 850 EUR +25.5% local VAT
Nighthawk from 10 November 2025: 925 EUR + 25.5% local VAT
Freelance translator/interpreter: 575 EUR +25.5% local VAT
One-day attendance: 475 EUR +25.5% local VAT
Dinner (optional for one-day attendance): 130 EUR +25.5% local VAT
Better-together pass: Register 3 participants and pay 2,100 EUR + 25.5% VAT (until 9 November)
Round-up donation: Add 25 EUR to your invoice and enable a student to attend the event. The combined money received will help us invite one or more students to attend the conference without cost for them, 25.5% VAT will be added.
For physical attendance at a conference the EU states that local VAT have to be added to the ticket price.
Contact us on info@ntif.se to get a separate discount code if you are several persons from one company that want to attend!
Cancellation Policy
All changes inclusive of cancellation must be received in writing. Please contact us by email.
Cancelation rules
Cancellation before 15 October: 100% refund
Cancellation between 16 october and 30 October: 50% refund
Cancellation after 31 October: No refund
An admin fee of 75 EUR will be charged to all cancellations.
In case you need to cancel your attendance you may be able to transfer your registration to another person within the same organisation, without cost. Please contact the organizers.
If NTIF AB decides it needs to cancel the event all registered participants will receive a full refund. NTIF AB cannot be held liable for any other costs incurred such as flight tickets, bank fees, production costs, accommodation etc.
