Nicholas will talk about how organizations can handle the complexities of technological development today and in the future while attracting and retaining the young generation in the labor market. Within approx. 7 years, these young innovators will account for 75% of the labor market. This may be the most important issue to focus on over the next decade to come.

Nicholas is a fantastic speaker and works actively with the implementation and management of automated solutions. Nicholas has an academic background in strategic logistics and economics and has worked many years with implementing automated solutions in companies. His talks are inspiring and entertaining, focusing on the biggest factors that effect our future.
He is currently working with help companies handle digitalization and is also the manager of, among other things, the transport robots at the New Karolinska Hospital in Solna.
