About Malmö

Malmö is located at the border to Denmark and this has lead to Malmö’s rich cultural history. Some structures that reflect its rich history are: Malmöhus castle an old fort turned museum, the central railstation a beautiful building from 1858, Saint Petri church with its roots going back to the 13 hundreds, and many more. Other popular destinations for both turist and locals are: Folkets park a large central park with many activites and resturants, naturum Öresund where one can vitness the might of the Öresunds bridge as well as see over to Denmark if the weather allows for it, Mitt Möllan where many locals shop and eat, and many more destinations. If truly turisty destinations are of interest then one can not go to Malmö without visiting the disgusting food museum in which disgusting food from all around the world are cooked and tasted.

Conference dinner venue

On the 19th of November, the dinner will be held at Västra Station, a former railway station for trains traficing the old grevebanan which connected Malmö and Ystad with trains. Nowadays Västra Station is a popular resturant that serves rustic and locally produced food.

To get here from Story Hotel Studio Malmö is a short 7-8 min walk down Nordenskiöldsgatan and then west-ward onto Neptunigatan.
