Tove holds a leader position in Hero Tolk. Hero Tolk was established in 2005 and has grown to be one of the largest interpreting companies in Norway. Tove is a social anthropologist who is concerned with equitable social services for all of Norway’s inhabitants. One way to secure this is to grant minority speaking inhabitants interpreting services of good quality. Tove is currently in charge of the recruitment and training of interpreters and is chosen to lead the language industries network. The network aims to promote equal access to qualified interpreting services across all social sectors throughout the country.
